REPRONIG is governed by a Board of Directors drawn from the associations of authors, publishers and other rightsholders in the literary field.

The Board sets the policy of the society, approves its tariffs and distribution rules, and oversees the work of the Secretariat. Its members are drawn from the associations of authors, publishers and other rightsholders in the literary field.
